Important Dates and Times
The following deadlines will generally apply. Sometimes, exceptions will need to be made, and efforts will be taken to communicate these changes as early as possible.
NOTE: All times are Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT), depending on the season. If in doubt, you can check my local time by posting a note on the message board.
NOTE: Deadlines do not necessarily represent absolute cutoffs. However, they are the latest time that you are guaranteed to be able to submit an action on time. For example, on game nights, lineups may actually be submitted until I "pull in" the lineup submission file. The 3:00 PM deadline means that I will never do so before 3:00 PM, but I may do it somewhat later than that.
Game Play Deadlines:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:00 PM - deadline to submit team instructions for that day's game.
- Friday 3:00 PM - deadline to perform recruiting actions for the previous week.
Uploading Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:30 PM - latest anticipated time for Boxscores and Play-by-Plays to be completely up.
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:00 PM - anticipated time for all other files to be completely updated.
Recruit Signings / Season Rollover:
- Each season actually "ends" with its last game, which is always on a Friday.
- Recruits will be assigned to teams, and the season will "rollover" by midnight Saturday.
More Deadlines:
- Friday 3:00 PM - Deadline to submit Exhibition game requests if your league's season ends that day (i.e., game #24 on Friday).
- Friday 3:00 PM - Deadline to submit Recruit Names if your league's season ends that day (i.e., game #24 on Friday).
